Hey, I'm Varshu and I'm extremely excited and grateful to be one of AIBC 2019's Co-Chairs. I'm a Management Information Systems major with a keen interest in technology, especially the people side of it. In my spare time, you can find me trying new restaurants and ice cream shops!
Howdy, everyone! My name is Kimberley and I am beyond excited and honoured to be organizing this year's competition. Last year I was the VP Events on AIBC and I am looking forward to organizing other parts of the competition this year. I am an accounting major so you might find me at odd hours of the week working on some numbers. Feel free to come talk to me about food, dogs and travel because I have way too much to say about those topics. I am so excited to meet everyone in the beautiful town of Jasper!
Hi! My name is Rea and I'm your VP Academic for AIBC 2019. Having been on multiple sides of a case competition from participating to judging to organizing, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of cases but strive to bring the good, the better, and the best to this competition. I'm currently a Marketing major at the Alberta School of Business and an active member of my community, both in school and out of it. In my free time, you can find me scrolling through memes or hitting up a local restaurant!
Hello, my name is Kathy Pham! I am in my 4th year of a Human Resource Management degree and am extremely excited to be part of AIBC 2019 as an Academic Director! To be honest, I have never participated in a case competition before, but rest assured, as I have written cases for competitions before! In past years, I have been part of Enactus University of Alberta as an Events Director in which I helped organize fun case competitions and galas! I've also studied abroad for one semester in South Korea where I learned to be open-minded, patient, hardworking, and goal oriented. I hope the skill set that I have helps the AIBC Organization Committee bring a wonderful, challenging, and rewarding case competition to you! See you soon!
